The workouts are great! I love the coaches and the atmosphere! I always leave happy and feeling great! They have so many different class times that I can fit it into my busy schedule!

I have been going here for almost 2 years now. I love that I do t have to think about a workout. I walk in and just do it... Miranda is great at coming up with workouts that really work. It is truly a family place. Kids room is FREE and the boys always ask if we can go every time we drive by.

I love working out here! You can be at any fitness level and you still never feel judged. Everyone is so supportive of each other and it’s so much fun!! It’s never easy, but the trainers all push you to do your best.
Such a great workout and big calorie burn in only 30 minutes! I love that I can bring my son and he has fun in the Kid Zone for no extra charge. Miranda and her staff are great! Everyone is so supportive and and friends I’ve made are priceless!

I just started here. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. With starting up after having a baby, and being able to bring him and let him just hang while I work out, it's a great place to go for new moms!
Only 30 minutes! The owners and coaches are there to help you get to your goals. Each workout is different and more challenging than the last. I have found myself trying to out do myself each time. :)

Best place to workout ever. I normally hate going to the gym, but this place has me wanting to continuously go. Quick 30 min workouts and you're done. They encourage you throughout the workout and make you want to keeping pushing yourself. Going to a normal gym with no trainer makes it hard to constantly push yourself. I love it here.

FBBC is the best program I have been a part of. Miranda is so knowledgeable and has been through the same journey herself! I honestly feel so much better working out under someone that has had such positive results from the same program.
